I am an intentional and compassionate, yet self-proclaimed professional troublemaker, that likes to disrupt the status quo. In a world where being silent almost killed me, I am devoted to encouraging everyone, in particular, women, to speak their truth in love.

I am unapologetically, Christian, compassionate, discerning, giving, creative, straight-forward, challenging, vulnerable, and then some. I am a coach, mother, grandmother, Godmother, wife, sister, daughter, speaker, fighter, minister, published author, mentor, and acquaintance to many.

I have overcome, by God’s grace, sexual, emotional, physical, and mental abuse. I am forthcoming when I speak of being molested at a young age, and raped “more than once.” My healing journey, that includes betrayal, lies, stigmatization, racism, and bullying, gives me first-hand understanding on how to extract the good from the bad. I know how to change and evolve as a human being, and I adopt the Kaizen principle whole-heartedly to help myself and others be intentional on the journey. I know how to handle the ups and downs of life; and, wanting to pay it forward, I know how to help other women navigate all that life can serve up.

This is now. There was a journey.

After living my worst life for years, I have evolved into a Game-Changer for Women through my ability to not just listen, but to hear the truth behind what my client is saying. Now that I am living my best life, I am confident that I am called to understand the needs, identify the challenges, and develop action plans to cultivate self-inspired goals and strategic plans that will positively impact women, and the personal, professional, and spiritual relationships they pursue.
